Payment refund requests are reviewed based on purchase status, credit use, account activity, fraud risk, and applicable payment processing rules. Contact support with your account email and order information.
Failed generation credits
Automatic credit return
Credits are returned through the original ledger allocation when a terminal generation failure is verified. Storage failures are handled separately because the generation may already have produced a usable result.
